along with a brief synopsis of the film with complete contact information
of the filmmakers.

Uploading your film is a
two-step process - before you go to the next page, you’ll
first be able to
choose your film file. Generally, uploading will take 1-5
minutes for every 1MB with a high-speed Internet connection.
Follow the instructions and please enter relevant
information required about yourself and your film.
You’ll see an "Film Upload Successful"
message when it’s done.
Please make sure the film has
proper titles and credits and does not contain blank frames
and beginning countdown features.
